Q: What holidays are you closed for?
A: We have special hours for New Years Eve, New Years Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Eve, & Christmas Eve, but we will be closed all day on Thanksgiving, and Christmas day.

Q: Can I buy a gift card online?
A: Unfortunately, we do not have support for online gift card purchases due to them having to be activated on site. Please feel free to visit any of our stores to purchase one.
Q: Do you cater coffee?
A: Yes! We can provide gallon sizes of almost any of our drinks for pick up at any of our locations. DM us on instagram or facebook, or email us at marketing@jetcoffee.com to place the order. (Please let us know about the order at least 48 hours in advance).
Q: How can I call Jet Coffee?
A: We do not have a phone line or offer call ahead pick-up at this time. Our stores do not have a phone line due to our barista’s being dedicated to the people in the store. Any inquiries or questions can be sent to operations@jetcoffee.com or the individual store’s email.
